two things, firstly i'm impressed that someone can ride a bike and text at the same time, and secondly did the cyclist ride into a crossing or something, as my first impression would be to blame the truck driver and not the cyclist
People, its not like you dont know where trains travel. They dont leave invisible tracks. The tracks they use are heavy steel rails with wood ties, so you know a train is somewhere near at any given point. Even if you're deaf you can avoid being hit by a train.
