13/14 inch laptop with decent gpu for under 1k

Looking for a decent laptop that can play some random games like CS, minecraft and maybe some indie games.
Im not looking for a 980m, but a 800 series or 960m would be nice.
Screen id like to be at least FHD
Dont need an optical drive
Weight doesnt matter much
Batttery life doesnt matter
Brand doesnt matter but i dont really like acer, cheap dells and oddball brands from china.
Cpu preferably a newer i3(4000 series+)

Build quality doesnt have to be excellent, but its gotta be half decent.

So far i have had very little luck finding anything even remotely close to my basic description.
