Hisense 46K360MN TV
When I attach a flash drive or mobile HDD to the USB port on my TV to watch saved videos, the TV will only play (up to) 135 minutes of a video. File size does not seem to matter since I can play 560mb videos that are 120 minutes long, but cannot play an entire 280mb file that is 150 minutes duration.
Hisense has suggested I unplug the TV for over a minute, and also try a factory reset, neither of which have resolved the issue. They also suggested formatting the storage device attached to the USB port to NTFS file system, which does not help.
Then I checked the installed firmware on the TV (V00.05.00.D0603). Even after contacting Hisense (chat) for info D/L an update I got no help so far.
Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue and found a cure?
Thanks,
Wolf
