15" Macbook Pro 2016 vs 15" Macbook Pro 2016 (new gen)

Hi guys,

Is new 15" MBPr 2016 worth the extra cost over the older gen 15" MBPr 2016?
(I really don't care about the OLED touch bar seriously, only care about the performance for the price)

What do you guys think about these two below? which is better for the price?

1) 15" Macbook Pro 2016 (2.5ghz / Radeon r9 M370x / 512gb) $2,299.00 (discounted price)
2) 15: Macbook Pro 2016 (2.6ghz / Radeon Pro 450 / 256gb) $2,399.00 (retail price)

there are other factors such as brightness and color, etc but this will be my first macbook so I have no experience to decide which is better for the price. it seems like there wasn't much of an upgrade other than the OLED bar, can you guys please help..?

I understand they are pricier compare to other laptops with windows os. I work in a design industry we use mac and for what i do mac os suits my needs better than windows (i currently own 3 yr old windows desktop)
Consistency in work environment and some of the features that works with adobe softwares are what led me to purchase macbook pro. I will glady accept the other suggestion but could u answer the question please... i need help thanks!

Okay. I understand that. Can't really call myself a mac expert so I hope somebody else can help you out.
