i have a 2 amp charger can u please tell me is it safe for samsung galaxy s2

Safe yes. Recommended no. While you can use a 2 amp charger 1 amp is recommended for the battery to hold the charge longer and useing 2 amp charger every time you charge it will reduce the life span of the battery. 2 amps can be used if you need to charge your phone up quickly but should not be used everytime you charge your phone.
