2 chanel stereo output into 6 input subwoofer

How do I hook up a 2 chanel stereo output sorce to a 6 chanel combo subwoofer surround sound system? The sub system has 6 RCA inputs, one for the 150 watt powered subwoofer and then 5 more for each powered 60 watt satellite speaker. Front left, Front center, Front right, Rear left and Rear right. I wanted to hook this to my HD tv but the tv only has left and right RCA audio outputs. The subwoofer power unit has a switch to change it from 5.1 output or 2.1 output. How can I feed all 6 of these inputs with just a right and left stereo sorce?

You will not get any surround sound out of this, since the signals are not real 5.1. Just so you know. Is this an old PC sound system or something? It must be quite old to not have any digital toslink or coax input.
