@2 key is stock inside, how do i stop it from functioning?

@2 key on my Acer Labtop is stock inside because of that the Labtop is freezing. How do I disable the @ key

A stuck key shouldn't be causing the laptop to freeze. You might have something else going on in regards to that issue.
