2 sites 1 cam?.

I am setting up a site for someone and have a problem with the cam. Using 1 computer , Windows XP and Splitcams . The problem is allowing both streaming to sites to use the same cam. Neither site will allow the other to use the same cam. Someone has recommended using 2 different makes of cams plugged into the USB ports . 1 for each site ?. Any other suggestions ?.
