Hello I have had my Steam account for a long time and have only played Free games on it. When i bought civilization 5 they told me that they had blocked my account for buying things because i had pirated a game and i admit i have.
The process is just to hard to go through to get "one time only" accses to buy things so im wondering if i can make a new account and run both accounts on the same Pc cause i don't wan't to lose my game stats and some games that i bought with a Disk answers is much appreciated.
