Hello!!! Recently, I used a splitter and .... RAMMED MY HEADPHONE JACK through one of the ports. Then, tried to put in earphones in the other port of the splitter. Now, I took the splitter out and put my headphones into my laptop and i could only hear out of my left ear.
When I plug my headphones in it says "You plugged in an audio device." and the same when I unplug it except it says unplugged rather than plugged, as it should. Audio comes through my left ear however it doesn't show up in playback devices.
Quick note, it's a combined jack.
Unrelated Question: If and when i fix this issue. How would I use a pair of headphones and a microphone at the same time?
