360 total security

recently i have installed 360 total security in my pc(windows 7) . i cannot launch it . there is no app in start menu / desktop. i cannot uninstall since there is no app like that in control panel -> uninstall a program . it displays a popup to reboot my device . but it restarts my PC and again displays it ,eventough i press CLOSE button .

I think you have not uinstall it properly. so that is why you are having such kind of problem on your computer. so in such kind of situation you need to install 360 total security on your computer again and then try to uninstall it. it will uninstall properly.
