Solved! 3D Viewer SCAM

I tried to get your screen saver maker on my Windows 10 PC. I thought I had installed it but it turned out to be some pesky screen saver called 3D Viewer. It is taking over my screen. I can't uninstall it.
Any ideas?

and really, stop downloading "free" stuff

For what it's worth, I'd expect the FTC would only be interested if there was an underlying security issue present, to allow the deployment of 3D Viewer (ala Lenovo).
