3G not working help!!

Ok so I have noticed that my 3G on my phone is not working I cannot connect to the internet what so ever when Im out of my house. I have it set to 3G only.

A few days ago my phone was not turning on, I also noticed 3G was not working on it, so they gave me a new one. It arrived and 3G was working fine, however now it will not connect!! How do i fix this??

Is your phone 4G compatible? Possibly your network switched to 4G completely. Enable 4G.

How about 2G?

I would go and talk to your carrier. Go to their location and they can probably help you.

I honestly have no idea.
