$40 and Under Gaming Headsets with good sound quality?

Hello! I am looking for a $40 and under headset that has a decent mic and decent sound quality. I mostly play FPS games such as CS:GO. Is there any headset out there in that price range that can track where flying bullets in the air come from and enemy footsteps?

Here you go, I have them. I love them and the price is right.

I figured the vibration feature would get annoying, it hasn't.
You can fully disable that feature as well. The have a long cable.

The sound quality is far above what one would expect for the price.
