Solved! 4K 60hz question

Hi, I have a Lenovo T470S laptop with Intel HD 520 graphics. I have a 4k monitor that supports 60hz, I have an HDMI cable that says 'High Speed' on it so assume HDMI 2.0, and all drivers are up to date. However, I can't select anything above 30hz. I can't find anything in the Lenovo specs for the laptop that mentions 60hz, does anyone know if the laptop supports it, or could it be something else?

Many thanks for that, I had seen lots of spec lists but nothing as in-depth as that.

Outside of the laptop specs, many TVs that are 4k 60hz are talking about the panel, not the input port capability. A lot of the HDMI inputs in TVs are max 30hz at 4k, some have one that is 60hz with several others that are at 30, or all 30, or all 60. Depends on the TV.
