4K Netflix on Surface Pro 4

I got a sp4 about a year and a half ago and have been frustrated with my inability to stream netflix in 4k for a while now. I'm fairly certain skylake and kaby lake are somewhat interchangeable seeing as they can use each other's motherboards. Is it possible to disassemble a sp4 and swap out its cpu with an equivalent 7th gen version? If not, can I run some kind of vm that also virtualizes the processor to perform the drm decoding? And does anybody know if the sp4's built in display is hdcp 2.2 compliant?

Are you sure the issue is with the CPU and video processing of the video and not with the internet connection? Try it using an Ethernet cable.

Quite sure, I can stream in 4k with other services but for Hollywood protected content you require a 7th gen or newer cpu.
