Hello,
I'm not familiar with speakers at all, so I'd like to ask you to help me with this:
My friend bought a Serioux HT5100C 5.1 Home Audio Speaker system but it doesn't work with his LG 24MN33D television. The TV won't use the 5.1's speakers, instead it's using its own. He connected them with RCA - Jack cable.
So my question is how can we connect the television with the speaker system to make it work?

Here are the pictures of the 5.1's and the TV's back:

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Speakers require an amplifier and the RCA jacks on the TV are input. Not output. The TV needs to have audio out (RCA coaxial or toslink optical). Connect this to the receiver and connect speakers to amplifier.
