5.1 Surround Sound only 2 Speakers No Remote

Hey, so I have a Panasonic SA-HT700 surround sound system where only the front 2 speakers are working. Obviously the receiver's the issue...but I don't have a remote for it. I'm just using it for an audio amp. Surely there must be a way to activate the other 3 speakers without buying a remote?? Thanks in advance!

Are you playing a surround source through it? If you play stereo, then you're only going to get the front two speakers.

IF you had the remote, you could maybe activate a virtual mode that would simulate 5.1 out of the 2.

Nah it's just a/v input, I'm just shocked there isn't a way to activate the Dolby pro logic without a remote...
