What about Sea Dogs 2014!? Was that at the show? Sea Dogs was one of my favorites ever. The ship battles would last a long time (sometimes 10+ minutes) as the ships were continuously jockeying for attack and evade positioning which offered a degree of realism. The sword fights with the opposing captains were exciting. The trade between the islands and political alliances...
The ships could be upgraded and the captain could improve in various skill areas (similar to an RPG). It was a pretty cool game. I may be the only one that remembers it, but if Akella and Bethesda would get together again to produce a new one, I'm in.
This game would be great if they brought the graphics and sound up to speed with today's tech.
Did anyone mention this by chance at E3?
