Yeah... like the two 15yr olds who sold their Yearbook website for $100 million (5 years later) - they had an older brother who was able to come up with the business end and pump $250,000 into it.

[citation][nom]redgarl[/nom]So to be an actor or an app dev at young age, daddy needs to be one to.... make sense... but totally BS.If you were giving me a studio when I was younger to create a video game, I would have been able to do something to.[/citation]
Not just the studio to create it, but, the money to fund it, and a team to do it for you with someone else (daddy) doing all the managing. Call yourself a silly rabbit and let those buggers who sell Trix use the spit for once. It really is ridiculous how many people think it's OK to sell your own child out as long as it makes you money, who cares for the type of psychological and social damage it can cause in the long run. Favorite quote: "People suck, but, individuals can be cool." Although, I may have to even alter that to: "People suck, but, individuals can be cool...so long as you don't think it's cool to whore your kids out."

This was Godawful. Why was this published? The title says, "7-Year-Old Launches iOS App Development Company", then the actual article breaks it down to show this isn't the case. And yet, there has to be something more to this. Can we start to get some stories that are a bit more interesting and not full of BS?

NOW CAN EVERYONE READ THIS...

1) kid thought of an app idea
2) daddy, knowing how this stuff works, helped the kid along
3) they got a studio to make the app
4) threw testing the kid revised the idea

good real world experience, and honestly, this could just be a simon says like game that would be fun to screw around with for a dollar or two

if you get physiological problems from thinking of an app, and having daddy do most of the work, odds are you were never going to be normal PERIOD
atributeing physiological just like that, yea... not able to say one way or the other.

Good thing you're able to tell the difference between psychological and physiological problems. Might be good to look up words before you start trying to use them and comment on someone's post. Glad you think it's OK to sell your kids out and that it couldn't hurt them, though :) Revise your post, comment on the appropriate problems on which I did, and then I shall be happy to discuss things further. Have a good day.
