70 minutes to copy 15GB of files from iphone 4S to Samsung series 5 using USB 3.0 - is it normal?

Hello,
I have a new Samsung NP530UC,
connected my Iphone 4S to the USB 3.0 port,
and manually copying the files on the iphone (basically, photos and videos) of about 15GB.

the process takes over one hour - is that normal, or is something wrong with my laptop??

i thought it should be flying with USB 3.0 and an i3 intel processor...

Your iPhone is only USB 2.0, so it only runs at the slower speed.

3.5MB/s is about normal for slow flash.
