771 DirecTV error

One receiver for main TV, and one WiFi receiver in bedroom. TV in bedroom works fine, no 771 error code. Main TV with main receiver, i'm getting 771- signal loss error. I troubleshooted all connections, reset, everything as recommended. Still have error. Again, TV channels in bedroom have no errors. Also, error is not visible on DVR programming. Any ideas?
