I am trying to conduct head 2 head comparison of two different 7.1 surround sound receivers. I see a bunch of stereo multi zone selectors but nothing that will allow me to connect my 7 separate spkr channels (will handle sub separately)to one input bank with option then to A/B (cross-connect) to Receiver A or Receiver B without disconnecting all the speakers from one unit and moving them to the next.. They do this in the Home Audio stores but not sure what they use..

Thanks in Advance, Clark

Solution
A store demo system like may be out of your price range

Niles audio used to make a multichannel amp selector but I don't think they do anymore.
You can use 4 of their stereo amp selectors.

Speaker selectors have common grounds so can cause problems if you use them as amp selectors.
Another option would be to make a patchbay with banana jacks and use dual banana plugs to switch amps. Not too complicated to build
