Hello, I've decided that my old laptop couldn't face the specifications that these programs require so I am considering spending some money on a new one. My budget is somewhere around 1000$.
I found a- Dell Inspiron 5559 i7-6500U 256GB 8GB (AMD Radeon R5 M335
Intel® HD Graphics 520)
and
2. Acer http://www.notebookcheck.net/Acer-Aspire-V5-591G-71K2-Notebook-Review.156375.0.html

I very much appreciate any suggestion concerning specifications that the laptop should have, brand, or laptop recomendations.

Acer is a lot better, quad core i7 and a better video card. On the other hand, there are lots of $1,000 systems you can look at, in better quality, although you may need to look at a year or two models. Lenovo W, HP Z Book, Dell Precision models, all made for pro work in the programs you want, all with better reliability than Acer. But those higher end models start a bit over $1,000 so you'd have to look for a used one. Still better than a new one for the same cost. I have a Lenovo W520 as my main laptop and it's nice, can even run WOW at Medium settings at a solid 30 frames :)
