A good laptop to get?

I wanna get my mum a really really good laptop for around 500£ and 600£ is the max it must be sold and dispatched by amazon so if my mum dislikes it i can return it and get a refun amazon are nice like that

What does she want to use it for? Does she want touch screen etc?

She watches movies browses internet and she lets my little sisters who play games on it like roblox/minecraft

It needs a screen about 17 inch any smaller and she cant see she has bad eyes
