A good pair of PC gaming headphones at £200

I am looking to buy a decent pair of headphones for gaming. I am currently contemplating between these two pairs. I do not have access to listen to any of these so I cannot judge for myself.

Sennheiser PC 363d or Sennheiser PC350 SE

I have a budget of £200 so if there are any other suggestions please let me know.

I play all sorts of games. Battlefield 4, Skyrim, Fallout New vegas just to mention a few. Recently played Fear 2 would to play that with a headset.

Oh also if they are also PS4 compatible that would be a bonus but its not a necessity.

I own a pair of these, but they are 2.1 surround. They are the most comfortable headsets I have ever used. Also the sound quality is amazing too.

If you like the Sennheisers, you may want to look at their G4ME Zero headset. Those would both be nice, though.
