A locked file

Hello.

I a file that's locked on my computer,I can gain entry to it,but it's empty,the name is

7cacea6c4cf0937f734d0db0e0

I have no idea what this is,and would like to know if I can delete it,I'm running Malwarebytes now,to see if its a virus.

Malwarebytes reported that there are no kind of virus or malware on my computer,I could use some insight please!

Those types of files just come from updates, you see weird name with random letters and numbers you click on it and in notepad shows you it as being empty. Nothing bad trust me, you aren't infected with anything, if you want to be sure submit the file to somewhere like F-Secure for analysis.
