My specs are :
CPU: I5 5200U 2.2 ghz
GPU1(integrated processor graphics) : Intel HD 5500
GPU2:820M 2GB DDR3
RAM : 4GB
HDD : 500GB
Windows 8.1 64bit

My problem is that when i play any game the GPU overclock it self to reach 950MHZ Core clock (the default core clock for 820M is 775 MHz) which causes overheating problems to reach 85°C after 5 min of playing while my CPU is cool 55-66°C.

i tried everything i know such as under clock it or updating drivers.
HELP!

This is a classic problem with drivers settings or overclocking software that you used and didnt know the settings. Are you using any other overclocking software and set the clock speed to run 950mz on start of computer? If not, what you need to do is first uninstall all drivers and clean out all registries. Either use DDU or CCleaner to uninstall graphics driver. Reinstall the latest one for your card. You must have done something in the drivers or other settings that forced it overclock.
