Accessing Phone With A Broken Screen?

Hey guys! I have a samsung galaxy note 3, the screen has recently died since i had dropped it. So i'm trying to load my phone screen on the computer but i can't enable USB debugging. Anyone know if i can do anything about it? Thanks!

honestly - AllCast is going to be your best bet ----- with a little research you might be able to get something going!
