I accidentally deleted an app and my gallery is deleted. How can I recover them?

you provided almost zero data. not really much we can say...

i would however try plugging your phone in to your computer via a usb cable and on your phone selecting use as a usb drive when it pops up. then browse your sd card and internal memory for the folder the program was installed in (it should still have left a trace behind.. most apps do even after uninstall) and looking in there for your photos. also you might want to check out the other media folders on your phone. dont go deleting anything in this mode though as if you dont know what you are doing you could delete something impotant. copy &pasting from phone to computer is okay though.
