Accidently deleted bootmgr

PLease help me i deleted my windows7 ultimate bootmgr in ubuntu how can i do now i see many turtorials.but i can't fix.i trust if anybody in there can help me please help!
 
Solution
Boot from windows installation media and fix bootloader with bcdboot command.
  • bcdboot c:\windows /s h:
( c: - OS partition, h: - bootloader partition. In recovery environment drive letters may be different and bootloader partition may not have drive letter at all. Then you'd have to assign drive letter first.)

First let it run on auto it might need up to three attempts (reboot->automated repair) if this doesn't work then sure try it manually.
I'm just saying this because you could end up making things even worse.
