and there are others!!!

I myself got badly burnt by this when I bought one (from Amazon) in Feburary 2024. ZERO customer support......nothing.....i never got a reply to my 20+ emails AND the "support number" was some outsourced guy who knew next to nothing about the company or the product.

Be informed................be afraid.........be careful!!
