ACER 5560G CPU upgrade + dual graphics problem

Hello everyone, i have two questions for you and i hope that you can help me out:
1.I have an Acer 5560G laptop with the following specs (AMD A6 3420m APU + Radeon HD 7670m discrete GPU). I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade my current processor to an A8 or A10 perhaps?
2. Is it possible to use only the discrete GPU? I am experiencing terrible fps drops when playing in dual graphics mode. However, when i use only the APU most games run smoothly.
