Acer 7741G turns on but no icons showing, i may have pressed a wrong button ?

I have an Acer Aspire 7741G series, I think I have inadvertently pressed a button when cleaning keyboard, it turns on but there are no icons showing Anyone able to help Please?

I assume you mean desktop icons no longer show up? Right click the desktop, go to view, and click show desktop icons.
