Acer Aspire 5532 - keyboard not working properly

when i hit a key the application I am trying to enter data into closes. I have run numerous on line anti-virus apps resulting in no malware found.

Just in a program ?? AND WHICH PROGRAM ?...what happens if you type ALL the keys in NOTEPAD ?

the keys do not respond regardless of the app. I also hooked up a logitech solar wireless keyboard k750 and get the same result

And try plugging in a USB keyboard NOT a wireless one...
