Acer Aspire 5584WXMi Motherboard or Processor

I have this laptop Acer Aspire 5584WXMi. It has stopped working.

I am planning to change the motherboard or the processor or both to make it work.

I was wondering if there is any way to distinguish if the motherboard or the processor was fried?

All electricity stuff are fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi thanks for the interest.

The laptop is dead. It won't power on. I have tested my charger and it works.

Any ideas?
