Acer aspire 6920 battery charger problem

I bought a new battery charger for my acer aspire but the laptop icon says "no battery is connected". Is my battery charger bad or my laptop?

What do you mean? 😀

I think the problem is in your battery, not your charger. Make sure the battery is plugged perfectly.
