Acer aspire blank!

Hi,
I have an acer aspire 5742 I'm not sure what happened to it but is is recommending to start in safe mode, which I do, it then comes up with what seems to be the standard blue Microsoft background but it looks zoomed in?? I can not press enter either.....please help 🙁

Hi,

Reboot your laptop again and if it ask you to either load safe mode do not select it instead look for "Start Windows Normally" then press Enter and it should back into your regular desktop screen.
