Acer aspire charging ic not working

Hello,
sir i am using aceer aspir and its less then a year but i am having issue with its charging is its not charging the battery do tell me the solution. i have show it to a computer expert he says its charging ic not working where do i find it to purchase it if no other sloution is rectified

It's either a bad battery or a bad adapter. If it is less than a year old, contact Acer and see what they have to say, as it should be covered under the factory warranty.

If it is under warranty you must get it fix. Your computer expert is right about the circuit around the charging IC, something is not functioning there. You can't repair it by yourself.
