acer aspire doesn't recognize PIN after windows updaye

After Windows 10 update Acer Aspire says my PIN is incorrect and won't let me send in.

try login with your password.

I tried that and it says, "You can't sign in to your device right now. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem, or try your old password." I did go and established a new password and I tried my old password. I have also tried the previous.

I found my original password for the computer, rolled back Windows to previous build and was able to sign in. Thanks
