Acer Aspire E 15 Start turned slow when forcefully shut down while restarting

While trying to shut down my laptop, i accidentally pressed restart instead of shut down. So while it was restarting, i forcefully shut it off by holding the power button, and after i turned it back on, it was all slow and usually when i play league, it runs more 60+ frames per second capped at 60 but now its at 3 frames per second. The Laptop is also brand new, i bought it a couple of months ago. In addition i've also did the same thing before and this is the first time that it affected my laptop badly.
