Acer aspire e15

Please help me. I have the same problem as others. I was working well with my laptop but shut down in an instant. I thought it was battery empty but it was fully charged. I tried all your suggestions from f2-f12 pressing but nothing happened. Please help me.

remove the main battery, disconnect the power adapter from the laptop, hold down the power button of the laptop for a 20 count. reinstall battery & if it is fully charged then press the power button to the laptop on. if not fully charged then reconnect the power adapter & turn on the laptop.
