acer aspire echo problems

the echo of my acer aspire v5 is just too high. how do I fix this please? Im so worried because my job is online and I need to make sound calls. please help me!

Hi,

Please do try these steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right hand corner and select Recording Devices.
- Once opened, right click on the default Microphone and select Properties.
- Click on Listen tab and remove the check on "Listen to this device".
- Click Apply and OK then test it again.

Hi thank you for your response but i have done it already and it didnt worked. The people i am calling are complaining because of too much echo they could understand what I am saying anymore
