Acer Aspire ES 11 won't start

Power won't turn on, yet the battery is not drained. It just blinks blue everytime I push the power button. I charged it for an hour and got the charging light blinking too. I unplugged it and surprisingly, it worked. After some hours, it happened again. The unit can't be turned on, the power light just blinks. What is probably the problem? Thanks!

Does this happen when only on battery? or when the charger is connected as well?
