Acer Aspire es1-521

I have a acer aspire es1-521 and I truer the reset than it erased my account. Now I can't get back into the computer and when I try the alt+f10 it just goes back to needing a administrators account and when I try resetting it says that there are issues so it goes back to the alt+f10 thing. please help
