Solved! Acer Aspire ES1-531 High CPU usage

Hello.
So I have this Acer Aspire ES1-531 laptop, it has Intel Celeron N3050 1.60GHz, 4GB RAM DDR3, Intel HD Graphics and Windows 10 x64 with all drivers updated. The thing is, whatever I open (File Explorer, Chrome, everything) is making the CPU going to 100% percent and it gets stuck, it freezes, the laptop is working very slow and lags everytime.
I installed the Windows updates, I updated the BIOS version, but nothing fixes it.. tried to remove the battery and use it with the AC on, nothing. Tried to use only the battery, nothing. I don't know what to do anymore, any ideas?

if the cpu is not overheating.
since you can't upgrade the cpu, get more ram. upgrade to a ssd

So you think it's not a problem with the laptop? I mean, I had slower laptops that performed better on windows 10 and the cpu usage would not go that high all the time. I don't know what to say

is depend on what is causing the issue.
N3050 is really weak cpu.
