acer aspire es14

Hi i really need a help. I have my new laptop acer aspire es 14... At first the touch pad is working but when i installed the new windows 10 the mouse under the device manager is missing...i already downloaded and installed the touchpad elantech and touchpad synaptics but still the mouse is missing under the device manager.

Did you try uninstalling the update and see if it restores the missing component?

Also, sometimes it gets moved after the update, so it may well be in a different area of the drivers and devices lists. Why it happens, I don't know.
