Question Acer Aspire image issue

Hello, I have an laptop Acesr Aspire A 515 and I have issue with the image before windows login. Please see the attached video. Does anyone knows what can be the problem? I can see and move the mouse arrow...The problems disappear after restart. Thank you in advance
