Solved! Acer aspire v 11 touch

got black screen and beep sound with blue light blink and cannot boot up i have tried remove hardisk and ram then put back again still the same what i should I do any idea guys

Could be dead motherboard or bad RAM. Did you check Acer support site for your beep and blink codes? Those usually give a clue about where the issue is.
