acer aspire v3-371 does not start

after a week of inactivity i started the laptop.
No light, no activity.
connected external power did not change anything.
bought dec 2015

Remove battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, replace battery, plug in to wall power, try again.

If that also does not work, try on wall power without battery. If that fails, the system is under a year old, contact Acer for support.
